Affordable Housing Demonstration Update

The Affordable Housing Demonstration is one part of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Develooment's Joint Venture for Affordable Housing program and is designed to encourage builders and local officials to examine resuiations and procedures as they affect housing costs.

The success of the program is a direct result of the personal commitments of builders, local officials and hundreds of professionals, nationwide, who have supported the program through its first year.
