Discrimination in Housing in Utah
In this historic publication the Utah State Advisory Committee to the United States Commission on Civil Rights provides a summary of committee meeting and recommendations based on statements from more than 50 persons who alleged that they were discriminated against when they sought to purchase or rent housing. The Committee received statements from representatives of the real estate industry, a savings and loan association, military installations, civil rights leaders, and other interested and informed individuals.
